- The Nose
- An unmistakable aroma of rose-scented soap greets the nose. Intensely floral and strangely reminiscent of luxury bathroom amenities rather than anything remotely resembling wild berries. A peculiar first impression, to say the least.
- The Palate
- The promised wild berries take an unfortunate turn towards perfumery. An overwhelmingly floral character emerges, reminiscent of what I imagine rose-scented soap would taste like. An experience better suited to the bathroom than the dining room.
- The Finish
- The soapy, rose-like character remains the defining impression, doing little to redeem the peculiar flavour profile.
- The Verdict
- An ambitious crossover between energy drinks and personal hygiene products. Unfortunately, the result tastes less like a berry harvest and more like a particularly expensive bar of soap. Some fragrances are best appreciated through the nose alone.
